Building Reports in Cashup

Follow the steps below to locate the reporting section and build accurate reports within the Cashup application.

Access the Reports Section

  1. Open the Cashup application.
  2. In the top‑left corner, click on Reports.

Build an Accurate Report

Inside the Reports section:

  1. Select the Venue

    • Only required if you manage more than one venue.
  2. Choose the Area

    • Pick the specific area or category you want to report on.
  3. Select the Reporting Query

    • Choose the type of report or data query you want to run.
  4. Set the Date Range

    • Apply the relevant dates for the information you need.

Once all selections are made, your report will automatically generate below.

 

Exporting Your Report

On the left-hand side of the generated report, you will see two export icons:

  • PDF icon → Export the report as a PDF
  • CSV icon → Export the report as a CSV file for spreadsheets or data analysis
