Cashup Release November 2023

An update to Cashup will be released on Thursday 16th November with some enhancements to the application, user interface changes and bug fixes. This notification provides you with a summary of the changes you will see when you log in to the application.

Daily Shift Report - Download as PDF

Users can now download the Daily Shift Report as a PDF for distribution to any relevant stakeholder by email. The download button is available now at the top right section of the Shift Report tab as illustrated below.

TAB deposits now available for enabled ATMs

The introduction of TAB integrated ATMs in certain venues has called for the relevant functionality to be included in the ATM tab. Users can now enter deposit reads and cash counts for all ATMs in their venue which have the ability to receive deposits. These figures will be included in your bankable number for your daily cash up.

If you require this feature to be activated in your Cashup instance, please contact support@quantaco.co or log a support ticket within Cashup itself.

Safe count is now streamlined

Cashup users requested a change to the order in which fields are populated during a Safe count. A great suggestion, which we are delighted to address. The entry of values is now much faster, in that the next denomination field below as you count, is automatically selected. This reduces the number of necessary keystrokes by 60%.

Cashup Release 29/11/2023

An update to Cashup will be released on Wednesday 29th November with some enhancements to the application, user interface changes and bug fixes. This notification provides you with a summary of the changes you will see when you log in to the application.

Bankable report

The first in a series of new reports coming to Cashup, is the Bankable Report. You can find this feature in the Cashup Reports page, accessible by clicking the button of the same name.

This report consolidates cash counts, refills and transfers which impact your bankable figure. All movements of Cash in and out of the bankable pool are now visible on one page, making it easier to proof your Cashup.

‘Cash In’ values represent the amount of cash and the till from which that amount was counted. Conversely a ‘Cash Out’ figure relates to a refill of the associated ATM, CRT etc. Safe and Bank transfers will appear in both Cash In and Cash Out columns accordingly.

A Cash In figure detailed in an ATM row, relates to Bank Tech ATM deposits.

(NB. The sample report below has been shortened for convenience and these values are deliberately inaccurate.)
