Cashup Release June 2025

This release brings new enhancements to Cashup, introducing smarter cash reconciliation with Short Pay:

Short Pay

Cashup now supports the reconciliation and calculation of Short Pays — instances where a Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT) is unable to dispense the full payout amount to a customer. The Short Pay feature introduces a structured and user-friendly way to record and manage instances where CRTs are unable to dispense the full payout amount due to mechanical or system-related issues.

This new functionality allows users to input Short Pay amounts for CRT transactions, clearly separating ticket payouts from Cash to Cash transactions. This delivers greater accuracy, fewer manual errors, and improved support for auditing and fraud detection.
