Cashup Release June 2026

This release introduces enhancements to Cashup, including negative refill amounts and improved usability within the Review tab.

Negative Refill Amounts

In this release, we are introducing negative refill amounts within Cashup, enabling greater flexibility in managing balances and moving funds. Funds can be adjusted from any location using the manual refill functionality, simplifying balance corrections.

Key Enhancements
  • Negative Refill Entry
Users can now input a negative refill amount during cashup.
    • This reduces the current balance
    • Allows funds to be allocated toward banking directly
  • Flexible Balance Movement
Money can now be moved more freely across areas with a rolling balance, including:
    • CRT
    • ATM
    • CCU
    • Auto Pay
Benefits
  • Eliminates the need to utilise workarounds causing variances
  • Removes approval steps previously required for adjustments
  • Streamlines cash handling and reconciliation processes
  • Provides improved control over where and how funds are allocated

In the example below, a venue has increased an ATM throughout the week in preparation for busy weekend trade to $30,000.

There was $5000 in customer withdrawals on this date, with the venue decreasing the balance down to $15,000 at the end of the week period
