Cashup Release September 2024

Office Tab Redesign Updates
Closing Balance Display: When making a transfer, the "From" and "To" fields now show the closing balance, even when the balance is zero.
Transfer Transactions: Transfers between tills with zero or non-zero balances now properly display the expected balance in the Office tab.
Reference Code for Bank Transfers: A reference code is now required when transferring to the bank. However, transfers to other locations do not need a reference code.
Shift Report:
Key Metrics:
We have enhanced the display of Total Sales, Cash Variance, and Petty Cash within the Shift Report Tab. The total sales calculation now includes Wagering Commissions, Total Sales, and Metered Net Profit. Cash Variance is consistent across both the Shift and Review tabs, and Petty Cash reflects all payment transactions.
Gaming Data:
We’ve improved the gaming section of the Shift Report, with clear breakdowns of Turnover, Metered Net, Actual Net, and other key metrics. Hovering over the bar graphs now displays detailed amounts, helping users quickly validate figures across the Gaming and Metrics tabs.
Class Sales Breakdown:
Class sales from all locations are now more accessible and visualized through interactive bar graphs. Users can click or unclick class types to focus on specific sales locations (Bar, Bistro, etc.). Hover over class sales graphs to see individual amounts for each location. Clicking on a class type will remove it from the graph, allowing users to customize their view of the data.
Report Tab (New Beta):
CSV Downloads:
You can now download the Shift Report as a CSV for easy sharing.
