How do I create a new checklist?
To create a new checklist, open the Tasks tab, navigate to Checklists, and tap Create. You will then name the checklist, add a description, select a venue, build it using elements (Heading, Text Field, Checklist, Media Attachment), and save it. Follow the steps below for full details.
-
Select the "Tasks" tab from the bottom menu.

-
Click the menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen (3 horizontal lines) followed by selecting "Checklists".

-
In the top right corner select "Create".
-
The Create Checklist screen will open and prompt you to enter the checklist details, including the checklist name, description, and the venue it will apply to.
Once the above details have been entered, you will than have the option to add elements to build the checklist in any format you require.
What elements can I add to a checklist?
You can add four types of elements to structure your checklist:
- Heading — Enter a heading to define sections in your checklist.
- Text Field — You may want to include a note or information relevant to the checklist.
- Checklist — Enter the items you would like the user to check off in sequence.
- Media Attachment — Upload a photo or video for the user to refer to.

For each element you add, you have the option to "Allow media" and "Allow comments". This will allow the user completing the checklist to upload a photo or comment in response to the element.

-
Once the checklist has been reviewed and all details confirmed, click Review Checklist. On the review screen, you will also have the option to make the checklist Public — this allows anyone assigned to the venue to view and complete it. Click Save to finish.
