Creating a report (App)

Star Compliance provides a compliant and easy to use incident reporting tool that ensures you capture incidents when and where they happen with all the necessary information fields. The below instructions detail the process for entering an incident report via the app.

Creating a Report

To submit a new report simply follow the below steps:

On the mobile app, select the "Reports" tab in the bottom menu bar. This will take you to the report register.
 
Select the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  Click "New Report" on the following screen.

 Select the type of incident report you would like to begin completing followed by "Start Report" at the bottom of the screen. For this example we will be completing a Liquor and Gaming Part A report.

 Complete all fields of the report as you work your way through. You will notice the date and time fields are auto-populated to the current date and time, these can however be changed by tapping on the drop down menu's. If you have granted location permissions the venue will also auto-select based on your location. Once all details have been filled on this page, click "Next".
 
 

Complete entering details  on the following page. Here you can add pictures, screenshots, and CCTV footage to the report, as well as link it to an existing report or incident previously created. Once completed, click "Preview". SC - Report 5
 

Once you have completed the report, you will be given an overview of the report and have the option to draft, submit or approve based on your user level.

Note: After a report is approved, it cannot be modified. The approval feature is exclusively accessible to users with Venue Admin privileges.
