In order to complete a Cashup Gaming daily entry when operating with S7000, you need to download the 'NSW Pub Activity' report and the 'NSW Cashflow' report from the online portal.


  • Enter the '(A) Turnover' figure from the 'NSW Pub Activity' report into the 'Turnover' entry field in Cashup

  • Enter the '(B) Wins' figure from the 'NSW Pub Activity' report into the 'Total Wins' entry field in Cashup
  • Enter the 'Link Payouts' figure from the 'Reconciliation' section of the 'NSW Pub Activity' Report into the 'Jackpots' entry field in Cashup
After these three figures are entered, the 'Net Profit' should auto-populate in Cashup, and should match the 'A-B' figure from the 'NSW Pub Activity' report
  • Enter the 'CCR Variance' figure from the 'NSW Cashflow' report into the 'Unclaimed Movement' entry field in Cashup
  • Enter the '(C) Cashbox' figure from the 'NSW Pub Activity' report into the 'Clearance' entry field in the 'Machine Clearance' section of Cashup
    • The '(C) Cashbox' figure is the sum of the 'Notes' and 'Coins' figures in the report. Depending on the S7000 configuration it may have to be manually calculated
  • Enter the physical cash counted from the machines into the 'Cash Count' entry field in the 'Gaming Machine Count' section of Cashup
