Gaming Report Upload - S7000
For venues using S7000 as their Gaming Service Provider, the functionality is available to upload your NSW Pub Activity Report into Cashup, to have some reportable figures auto populate.
Steps to follow up to upload your report
1. Download the NSW Pub Activity Report as a PDF file, for the single date that you are wanting to upload, from your S7000 System with the following filters in place:
- Group By: None
- Report Type: Summary
- Include P2P: True
Note: Cashup will reject the report if the filters are incorrect / date range does not match the trading date you are uploading the report against.
2. Go to Gaming tab in Cashup and select Upload File button
Please contact Support if you are a S7000 venue and do not have access to the Upload File Button
3. Select file > Open
4. You should receive a message to say file has been uploaded successfully.
Please note Unclaimed Movements are not included in this automatic upload and will need to be manually populated from your NSW Cash Flow Analysis report (CCR Variance Total).
For further information on where this value can be found, please see: Gaming Daily Data Entry - S7000
Notes / Troubleshooting
Fields that will auto populate are: Turnover, Wins, Jackpot, P2P, Clearance
You will still need to validate your Clearance Cash Count & enter in all Payout information against relevant CRT, & CCU fields
The file upload tool will check if dates on the report match the trading date in Cashup. If you receive an error, please check dates on the report on the report you are trying to upload match the trade date you are trying to upload the report for.
Once the report is uploaded & fields are are auto populated you are able to overwrite fields in Cashup if required. Once overwritten a red edit icon will appear to symbolise that changes have been made. If you wish to re-upload a report once changes have been made, you will need to click on the red edit icon & follow the prompts to clear & re-upload.
You are able to download the report that has been uploaded at any time, via the "Download File" button.
