How do I log into the QPlatform?

Log on to the Q Platform to access your Quantaco Platform applications in one place.


Accessing the QPlatform 

  1. Navigate to https://www.quantaco.co/ 
  2. Click "Login" 

How do I log into QPlatform using a Microsoft email address? 

  1. Click "Sign in Options" 
  2. Click "Sign in with Microsoft" 
  3. Login using your Microsoft credentials

 

How do I log into QPlatform using a Google email address? 

  1. Click "Sign in Options" 
  2. Click "Sign in with Google" 
  3. Login using your Google credentials

 

How do I log into QPlatform using a non-Microsoft & non-Google email address?

  1. Press "No Account? Create One!" 
  2. Sign up using the email you have access to & follow the prompts to setup your account



Forgotten Password?

you’ve forgotten your password or your password has expired, this must be reset through Microsoft, not QPlatform.
  1. Go to: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
  2. Enter your Office 365 email address.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity.
  4. Create a new password.
  5. Once reset, return to: Q Platform  and sign in again.

 

Two Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA) Guidence

QPlatform uses Microsoft’s sign‑in and security settings. If your organisation has multi‑factor authentication (2FA) turned on, you’ll be asked to complete this as part of the login process.

To manage or review your security methods:  https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

If you experience:

  • Login loops
  • Repeated sign-in prompts
  • Incorrect account loading
  • Blank or stuck login pages

Follow the steps below to ensure a clean Microsoft sign-in session:

  1. Close all open web browsers completely

    • Make sure all browser windows and tabs are closed.
  2. Open a fresh browser window

    • Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge where possible.
  3. Go to:  https://m365.cloud.microsoft/

  4. Sign out of Office 365

    • Click your profile name in the bottom-left corner.
    • Select Sign out.
  5. Sign back in using your Office 365 credentials.

  6. Once signed in, go to: https://qplatform.quantaco.co/

  7. When prompted, sign in again using your Office 365 account.

Still Unable to Log In?

If issues persist after following the steps above:

  • Contact your internal IT team for Microsoft login or 2FA issues
  • Reach out to Microsoft Support directly for assistance with your Microsoft account security.
