How to edit user permissions (Web)

This article will take you through the steps of updating existing users permissions 

1. Navigate to the user module on the far right side of Star Compliance

2. Search for the desired user, click the edit button in the top right hand corner of the user profile

 

How to change a change a users role: 

Select the role - update to desired role, venue admin, venue manager or venue staff - Update User

Update Allocate Permissions: 

Next you can select what this user can have access too.

Venue staff, managers and admin all come with pre-selected permissions, although this can be modified to your liking 

Allocate Report Permissions: 

Select specific report types you would like the user access to 

Note: This is not available for custom report types 

Press Update 

Completed - The user has now been successfully updated
