Data is to be entered on the Gaming tab, against the areas CCU & AutoPay and Do Not Use except for Cheque EFT Payouts
Before entering totals, you will notice that the CCU & AutoPay Opening Balance field will show the combined opening float totals.
Example CCU float of $5,000 and AutoPay float of $20,000
your Opening Balance should be $25,000
1. Check Opening Balance appears correct in the area of CCU & AutoPay
2. In the area of CCU & AutoPay > CRT Payouts cell, enter total of Cash paid out via CCU & AutoPay (combined total)
3. In the area of CCU & AutoPay > Refills cell, enter refill amount for CCU & AutoPay (combined total). If refloating back to the original opening balance, the payout and refills totals should be of the same value
4. In the area of CCU & AutoPay > CRT Cash Count cell, enter in the confirmed CCU & AutoPay closing balance total (combined total).
5. Record any Cheque or EFT Payments against the area of Do Not Use except for Cheque EFT Payouts > Cheque & EFT Payments & follow the prompts to ensure the values of these payments are captured.
