How to Schedule a Report (Web)

This article provides a guide on how to schedule a report in Star Compliance. 

1. Navigate to REPORTS on the left menu bar

 

2. Tick the box of a report type to schedule. Select the export option in the top right hand corner. 

3. Fill in the required details such as Export Name and how you would like to receive the report (PDF or Excel). When promoted to schedule this export, select yes. 

4. Prompts will appear for the frequency on which you wish the reports to be received, fill in all fields. Select the report type you are wanting to schedule such as Incident Report or  Self Exclusion. 

5. If wanting to schedule a report to be sent to multiple emails, separate by commas (as per below) 

6. To view your scheduled reports, navigate to the clock icon in the top right corner 

7. From here you can view, edit and delete all scheduled reports
