New Release
An update to Salesline will be released on Monday 28th March with some enhancements to the application along with some minor bug fixes. This notification provides you with a summary of the changes you will see when you log in to the platform.
Live Refresh
When you have your Salesline page open, you no longer need to refresh the page to view live data. An enhancement has been made to enable the page to automatically refresh with the latest sales data without you having to select refresh. This has sped up the process to provide you with both sales and staff data as close to real-time as possible.
Chart View - time display update
Working within the 15 minutes increments of data presented on Salesline. The bars on the sales chart now displays the completed 15 minute period of sales presented.
Restriction of filters accessible to the user when creating a driver for a Forecast
When creating a driver to adjust your sales forecast, the drop-down list of areas and classes that you can adjust your forecast against will be restricted to only include those areas and classes that had sales recorded against them from the historical period selected.
Service alert in Salesline
A new alert has been made available to notify you of any technical issues in Salesline. A banner will be displayed at the top of the screen to outline the issue for you:
