- Location - description of the income stream categories of the venue
Banking- Gaming Till - total cash clearance from gaming machines minus refill amounts for the Cash Recycling Terminal (CRT), Cash Collection Unit (CCU), and ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
- Trading Till - total cash from all POS areas
- Keno Trade Till - total cash clearance from Keno
- TAB Trade Till - total cash clearance from TAB
If there is not enough money available from the Gaming Trade Till to refloat the CRT, CCU, and ATM, Cashup will automatically deduct the shortfall from the other Trade Tills.
- Opening balance - the cash clearance totals expected at the start of the day
- Other Transactions - dropdown menu containing the following options:
- Transfers from - details of manually entered transfers between different trade till locations, venue areas, or the bank. These entries are editable by the user
- Transfers - automatically generated list of cash movements associated with the selected location. Cannot be edited
- Payments - see Point of Sale - Transactions for a description
- Expected - the Opening balance plus the cash movement from each area. The sum of all 'Expected' totals should equal the 'Bankable' figure — the total amount of cash available to be banked at the end of the trading period
