Q Platform FAQs
Do I have to use the platform?
- The easiest and most secure way to navigate through the technology Quantaco provides is via the platform. If users try to use existing logins for Salesline, Cashup, Q Insights or Star Compliance, they will be re-directed to the platform and asked to use the new credentials.
- If users prefer to navigate to their T&A, Lightyear and NetSuite applications separately, they are able to do this.
What systems will the Single Sign On (SSO) work on?
- SSO will provide authorised users access to the following: Salesline, Cashup, Star Compliance, Q Insights, Oracle Netsuite, Tanda, Deputy, Cooking The Books and Drinking The Profits
Why don't all my staff have access to the Quantaco Platform
- We are providing access to the platform to users who access multiple systems through Quantaco. Staff who, for example, only access Deputy or Tanda, should continue to use the Deputy app / website or kiosk as normal.
Why am I not seeing KPIs on my home screen like the marketing material shows?
- The KPIs are visible to clients who have Salesline and POS-Connected Cashup enabled as these systems are required to populate the dashboards. If you would like to enable these systems, please contact your Client Director of Customer Success Manager
Can I change what KPIs are shown on the screen
- At the moment the selection of KPIs are standard, however over time they will be configurable.
Why are some of the modules greyed out?
- Access to Quantaco Platform is limited to those users who have been setup and access to the modules within the platform is subject to approval. Those modules that you do not have approval to see are greyed out. If you feel like you should have access to these modules, please contact your Customer Success Manager
Is single sign on (SSO) available for all modules?
- Quantaco is able to manage SSO for most modules includes several third party systems. Unfortunately both Lightyear and Employment Hero do not allow for SSO, therefore you will continue to use your existing password to login to these applications.
Can I turn on multi-factor authentication?
- As part of enhancing the security protocols in accessing Quantaco systems, multi-factor authentication (also known as two-factor authentication) will be activated in February. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password. For example, along with the password, users might be asked to enter a code sent to their email, answer a secret question, or use facial recognition.
How do I access the Quantaco app?
- Quantaco has an app for both iOS and Android operating systems and are available via searching 'Quantaco' in the place where you buy your mobile apps.
