Salesline just got smarter with powerful new tools to help you track labour efficiency and optimise staffing decisions—all in one place.
Efficiency TrackingSalesline now includes an Efficiency Tracking tab, which delivers a streamlined solution for monitoring and improving labour performance.
By integrating a previously manual process, into the Salesline interface, venues can easily benchmark their roster efficiency, track performance in real-time, and calculate theoretical wage savings over a specific tracking period, increasing user engagement and self-service capability.
Fixed vs Flexible Staffing View
The Salesline chart receives a game changing enhancement, now providing a clearer picture of staffing levels by type of employee. By viewing a clear delineation of fixed (permanent) & flexible (casual) employment types together, users can understand total staffing levels throughout the trading day, identify under- or over-staffed periods relative to sale, make better-informed staffing decisions and ultimately reduce labour costs and improve operational efficiency.
