Salesline now includes an Efficiency Tracking tab, which delivers a streamlined solution for monitoring and improving labour performance.

By integrating a previously manual process into the Salesline interface, venues can:

• Benchmark their roster efficiency against targets
• Track labour performance in real time
• Calculate potential wage savings over a chosen tracking period

, reducing manual effort and empowering venues to self-serve.

Fixed vs Flexible Staffing View
The Salesline chart has been updated now providing a clearer picture of staffing levels by type of employee. With a clear view of fixed (permanent) and flexible (casual) employment types, users can:

• Understand total staffing levels throughout the trading day
• Identify under- or over-staffed periods relative to sales
• Make better-informed staffing decisions
• Reduce labour costs and improve operational efficiency
