Scheduling a new task (Web)
This article will show you how to schedule a new task
A new task can be scheduled by following the below steps:

Select "Tasks" from the left hand menu.

Select "Add Task" from the top right corner of the screen.

The "Create Task" screen will open. Begin by entering the task name, description and the venue the task applies to. Next you will have the option to assign a procedure and/or checklist to the task. Please note you do not have to assign a procedure or checklist to a task.

Once you have completed the create task screen scroll down. This next section is where you will schedule and assign the task.

If you would like the task to be recurring, tap the toggle button to active. You will than be prompted to select the days the task will reoccur along with the start date, end date, time frequency and reminder.

Once you have completed the task frequency, you will need to assign your task to a team or individual user(s).

Once complete, select "Review" followed by "Save". Your task will now be scheduled and all assigned users will receive a notification and reminder if entered.
