Submit & Approve Overview
- Unsubmitted - Day can be edited freely
- Submitted - Day has been locked for editing, but can be unsubmitted by users with Manager permission or higher, allowing further edits
- Approved - Day has been locked for editing, no further changes can be made by the venue without contacting support
- Users with Manager permission of higher only can Approve
- All variances will be required to be accepted via the Review tab before a day can be approved. See our Review Overview article for more information
- Should assistance be required to unapprove a day, please contact your venue@quantaco.co email address to request the unapproval and alert a journal adjustment may be required.
