To ensure continuous and accurate POS data integration with QCloud, notify Quantaco whenever tills or terminals are updated. This helps prevent missing sales data or discrepancies within the QPlatform.

Steps to Update POS Integration

1. Apply Changes at the Venue

   • Connect and configure tills or terminals at the venue level to enable data transmission to QCloud.

2. Notify Quantaco

   • Send an email to support@quantaco.co with the following details:
     • Till Name or Terminal ID
     • Assigned Area (e.g., Public Bar, Bistro, Cocktail Bar)
     • Indicate if the change is permanent or temporary

Prompt notification helps ensure accurate data mapping and minimises any potential disruptions.
