Star Compliance Release December 2024

In compliance with the latest Liquor and Gaming Government guidelines, the “Incident Report” format has replaced the previous “Liquor and Gaming Part A,” “Part B,” and “Part A + B (Security)” reports.

Key Features and Updates 

Incident Report

A standardised incident report has replaced the previous Liquor and Gaming Part A + B report. This can be done by navigating to reports - new reports and typing 'Incident Report'. 

 

Reporting Flags for Incident Reports 

  • Completed and approved within 24hours  
  • Completed but not approved within 24hours 
  • Incomplete  

Enhanced Report Filtering

  • Filter by Incident Status
  • Filter by Incident Time

App-Specific Changes

The new report format is currently only accessible with an internet connection. An offline version will be introduced in the near future.
