To complete a Cashup Gaming daily entry when operating with Omni Eye (Utopia) GMS, you need to download the 'Management Summary Report' report from the system, setting the date range to the trading day required.
The following cells in Cashup should align with the figures as shown in your Management Summary report.
- Enter the Turnover figure from the report into the Turnover entry field in Cashup
- Enter the Total Wins figure from the report into the Total Wins entry field in Cashup
- Enter the Jackpots Total figure form the report into the Jackpots entry field in Cashup
Metered Net Formula: Turnover - Total Wins - Link Jackpot.
- Enter the Unclaimed Movement from the Actual section at the bottom of the report into the Unclaimed Movement entry field in Cashup. Values are to be entered in the opposite of how they appear on the Omni Eye reports.
Example: if there is a '-' symbol before the figure in the report it is to be entered into Cashup as a positive value.
If there is no '-' symbol before the figure in the report, you will need to enter into Cashup as a negative value.
- Enter the Clearance (Notes + Coins) figure from the report into the Clearance entry field in the Gaming Machine Clearance section of Cashup
- Enter the physical cash counted from the machines into the Cash Count entry field in the Gaming Machine Clearance section of Cashup
Any variances between the Clearance and Cash Count will then appear
Finish completing your CRT & CCU sections of Cashup, ensuring that all Payout fields are populated, including any EFT / Cheque payout amounts.
Once all sections are completed, if all data has been entered correctly, the Actual NET Profit field (up the top of your Gaming tab) should reflect the Actual Net Profit figure on your report.
Actual Net Formula: Clearance Cash Count - CRT Payouts - CCU Payout - Cheque & EFT Payouts +/- unclaimed movements + P2P
The Actual Vs. Meter field (up the top of your Gaming tab) should also match the Variance total at the bottom of the Omni Eye report.
